13th Online Exhibition José de Guimarães

We're pleased to present new works on paper by José de Guimarães in
our 13th Online Exhibition.

The artist's latest work consists of 50 different, excitingly beautiful monotypes.
They are produced in four formats with black printing ink on handmade deckle
edged cardboard. The printed motifs are overlaid “black on black“
by glass granulate applications, mostly in the form of circles and the figure
'3' (please note: true color rendition of the works is not possible ˆ in fact the
applications are much darker as on the photographs).
